Welcome to our 2007/8 winter brochure. We hope the following pages will give you a good idea what Snowise, Châtel and the Portes du Soleil can offer.

The Portes du Soleil is the largest and one of the finest cross-border ski areas in the world. Skiers of intermediate standard and above can ski from resort to resort between Switzerland and France. Châtel is positioned at the centre of this vast network of pistes and has runs to suit all abilities. Our free ski companion service is available to all Snowise guests, with the exception of beginners, to help you get the most out of the area and the most out of your skiing. |

Chatel has recently been given ‘Famille Plus’ status. This is the first and only national tourism distinction awarded to French holiday towns and villages for the hospitality and services they provide for families with children. The sauna and hydrotherapy shower we installed in the chalet two years ago continue to be very popular and are ideal to help relax tired muscles after a hard day on the slopes.

The new ski lifts at Linderet and Les Combes mean that queues are rapidly becoming a thing of the past.
On the prices page you will see holidays priced by the week with, usually, a Saturday changeover. However, outside the peak weeks we are very pleased to be able to offer short breaks, weekends, mid-week to mid-week and generally be as flexible as possible regarding your holiday requirements.
We are pleased to see that the budget airlines are continuing to extend their services to Geneva; most parts of the UK now have a direct flight to Geneva.
We hope you find our brochure clear and informative but please do not hesitate to contact us either in the UK or in Châtel should you have any queries at all. Previous guests will realise that our philosophy remains unchanged; to provide the best of ski holidays at a realistic price.
